Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies Urgently Hiring 1st, 2nd Shift, and Overnight Shift Machine Operators

Pay: $22-$24/hour ; Overtime: $33-36/hour

All Shifts Available: 6am-2:30pm ; 2:30pm-11pm ; 11pm-6:30am

Description:

Nutraceutical Batch Making Machine Operating and Automation

Must follow all GMPs, relevant SOPs and Food Safety guidelines.

Set-up and operating fluid bed machines.

Follow palletizing instructions.

Assist in changeover process (assembly/disassembly of equipment, clear and organize work area)

Maintain safety measures when doing a changeover/set up of Fluid Bed Machine.

Ensuring the proper packaging components are staged.

Monitors production throughout the shift. Fill component hoppers when applicable.

Prepare palletizing area and apply the proper shipper box labels. Wrapping finished pallets when necessary.

Fill out batch records as needed.

Making returns of all left over components.

Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of machines assigned to, keeping work area clean and safe (free of debris including flattening and properly stacking empty boxes).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This individual must be able to read and apply the information contained in the product specification to their operation.

Ability to calculate and track production gains and losses as needed. Exhibit ability to learn and apply new skills.

Exhibit good listening and comprehension skills. Maintain quality and safety standards at all times.

Ability to read and write in English

Able to lift 50 lbs (<30% of the time) and ask for help when/if necessary to lift more than 50 lbs

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required

Minimum of 1 year packaging line operation experience

Ability to read and write in English

Must have adequate verbal communication, math, and reading skill
