Would you like to use your knowledge of curriculum development in a life changing, educational environment? Lincoln Technical Institute Corporate Office is looking for a Remote Program Manager, who will provide strategic support and work towards developing our student partnerships. You would manage the entire product life cycle of developing, revising and implementing training curricula, which includes defining training objectives, selecting and creating content, and identifying and assessing student competencies to deliver viable candidates for our elite programs and partners.

You would work in closely with the Group Presidents, Campus Presidents, SVP of Careers Services and Partnerships, SVP of Education, and Directors of Product Development, to support development of partnership opportunities.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of teaching experience in Electrical and Electronics.

  • Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Willing to travel 25-35% to our campuses nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Research, evaluate, and prepare recommendations for improvement of curricula, and instructional delivery methods to support curriculum.

  • Keep up to date on industry association requirements and best practices for curriculum development (examples include AWS, NCCER, HVAC excellence, ICAR, NATEF, NTMA etc.).

  • Assess student outcomes and identify areas of improvement needed in curriculum.

  • Provide new and ongoing training for instructors, onsite and virtually.

  • Work with Instructional Design to create courseware, student study guides, job sheets, and labs to delivery an engaging curriculum and student experience.

  • Visit campuses as needed to observe equipment, classrooms, and instructional delivery.

  • Familiarity with the process of Curriculum Development.

  • Strong electrical and mechanical background and teaching experience to advise on technical curriculum development.

  • Proficient in Canvas Learning Management Software.

  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, with an emphasis on Word formatting, Excel equations, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Two years of Supervisory experience
