The Role

The Sr. Director, Portfolio Partner Management will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our key partners around the world, and ensuring that the needs of these strategic partners are met. You will be responsible for overseeing the top strategic franchisee partners across the organization, nurturing these relationships for future growth with Wyndham and help to deliver on the Wyndham Advantage. This role will be a key member of the Finance organization, reporting to the VP, Corporate Finance.

What you'll do

• Track and measure the performance of key partner portfolios, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Partner with other areas of the business such as Commercial and Operations to address partner needs and deliver solutions.

• Proactively address any challenges or roadblocks within partnerships, ensuring successful integration and value delivery.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and how they impact Wyndham’s key strategic partners, and how best to provide value.

• Perform ad hoc analyses on hotel level performance as needed.

You'll be successful if you have

• Ability to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization.

• Manage performance across a wide range of customers.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 10+ years' work experience, including progressive responsibilities in either finance, hospitality or operations.

• Ability to drive change through a matrix organization.

• Understand how to translate operational performance into financial results.

• Ability to communicate and synthesize data effectively to key stakeholders.

• Finance background/degree a plus.
