Very stable mid-size manufacturing company located in Western Morris County is looking to add a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to their team due to the growth of the organization. The successful candidate should have an Accounting or Finance Degree and 5+ years of solid hands-on finance and accounting experience. Prefer candidates that have experience working in a manufacturing company but are flexible. Will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial modeling and working closely with the sales teams. VERY hands on role with no supervisory responsibilities. Very high exposure and will report to the Controller of the company and work on special projects for the CFO as well. Prefer ORACLE or other larger ERP system experience, Power BI experience a plus and strong excel skills required. Company offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive salary in the $100-125k range depending on experience and a good work / life balance. Great opportunity for candidates in Western NJ!!!!
