System One Customer Service Representative in Parsippany, New Jersey

Parsippany, NJ

Direct Hire

Monday to Friday (Standard hours between 9AM to 6PM)

$24 - $27/Hour, depending on experience

Customer Service Representative

Description:

Responsible for providing exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for customers and will work closely with various departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to integrate and optimize the Label Traxx system, ensuring smooth transition and efficient operation within the organization.

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

  • Must be tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, databases systems, and Customer Service Software.

  • Label Traxx experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Team player with a positive attitude
