Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Accountant - Entry Level to become a part of our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Parsippany, New Jersey, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves handling various accounting functions, maintaining account records, and working with different accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process various accounting entries and account coding tasks.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Dynamics NAV for carrying out day-to-day accounting functions.

• Regularly reconcile account records and maintain their accuracy.

• Leverage Adobe Acrobat and ERP Solutions to enhance accounting processes.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) with precision and timeliness.

• Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure financial accuracy.

• Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to customer accounts.

• Monitor and review customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when required. Requirements • Candidate must possess knowledge in Account Coding, an essential skill for maintaining an organized financial system.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient execution of tasks.

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is desired as it is often used for document handling.

• Working knowledge of Dynamics NAV is beneficial as it is a commonly used business management solution in the manufacturing industry.

• Experience with ERP Solutions is necessary for managing and integrating the important parts of our business.

• Applicants should have the ability to perform Account Analysis to monitor the company's financial status.

• Understanding of Accounting Entries is important for maintaining accurate financial records.

• Candidates should be able to handle various Accounting Functions including managing ledgers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing financial reports.

• Account Reconciliation skills are required for ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing the company's bills and expenses.
