OVERVIEW

The Associate Logistics Coordinator will be supporting the seamless movement of goods and ensuring that our supply chain operations run efficiently. You will assist in coordinating logistics activities, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation to optimize our logistics processes.

Who You Will Work With

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Planning, Direct Procurement, R&D, Facilities, and Finance to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of proactive spend management. You will collaborate with current and potential suppliers and 3rd parties to optimize indirect spend and capital expenditures.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented entry level Associate Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team at PIM. This role is crucial in supporting the seamless movement of goods and ensuring that our supply chain operations run efficiently. You will assist in coordinating logistics activities, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation to optimize our logistics processes.

• Assist in the coordination of shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods

• Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to internal teams and stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment documentation

• Collaborate with external vendors, carriers, and partners to streamline logistics operations

• Support the logistics team in resolving any shipping or delivery issues that may arise

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Worksite:

• The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

• The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule.

• Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend
