Robert Half Real Estate Analyst in Paoli, Pennsylvania

Description

One of our successful, firms seeks a thorough Real Estate Analyst with excellent critical thinking abilities. This role will consist of financial planning, projecting cash flows, conducting market research, providing financial analysis, analyzing economic and demographic real estate data, performing financial modeling, conducting property appraisals, identifying potential risks, monitoring the performance of the real estate portfolio, and assisting with transaction closing. This Real Estate Analyst will also develop reporting and forecasting tools to support new process analysis and long-term recommendations that will aid in policy initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong financial planning & analysis skills and high attention to detail.

How you will make an impact

· Provide financial analysis, forecasting and reporting

· Develop forecast models

· Assist with preparing the annual budget

· Draft investment memos/correspondence

· Maintain knowledge of regulations and policies

· Reviewing loan documentation

· Prepare financial reports with key metrics

· Due Diligence

· Review and analyze new leads/opportunities

Requirements

The ideal Real Estate Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.

Other requirements for the Real Estate Analyst role include and are not limited to:

· 2+ years of finance experience w/in the real estate industry

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
