SUMMARY

The Production Manager will be responsible for all production processes and production personnel activities for Company while ensuring efficiency and quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide oversight and guidance to the batch, production/filling lines and special packaging teams

ensuing the product is properly packaged and meet all required specifications.

• Confirm the health, safety, and environmental standards for the facility are maintained, while

leading the efforts visibly on the shop floor to create and sustain a proactive Company Culture.

• Govern the standards for both product quality and efficacy are maintained according to the

published requirements.

• Ensure the production assets of the facility are preserved, while helping initiate and formalize

plans to make technology improvements as needed.

• Administer the appropriate production workforce, based on demand in order to meet the

production schedule.

• Provide plans for production to support business growth such as CAPEX list and process optimization.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
