We are currently hiring a Nutrition Outreach Education Coordinator to work in our Delaware, Otsego & Schoharie Counties agency. As a Nutrition Outreach Education Coordinator, you would be responsible for:

· Assisting low income individuals with obtaining SNAP

· Outreach and education to the public

· Prescreen individuals and families

· Form collaborative relationships with other human services agencies

· Achieve the annual targets as assigned by Hunger Solutions New York

Nutrition Outreach Education Coordinator Salary Range: $19.25 an hour

Nutrition Outreach Education Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Qualifications:

· Associate’s Degree

· 1-3 Years of experience
