Description

SUMMARY:Responsible for the overall quality management coordination of residential services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs assigned residence management responsibilities in the absence of the manager, as directed department director/assistant director.

• Responsible for the review, approval, and preparation residential habilitation billing; including the completion of monthly tracking reports

• Responsible for the review and approval of assessments, IPOP’s, site Plans of Protective Oversight.

• Attends Life Plan meetings and special purpose meetings as assigned and, in the absence of a residence manager.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and a minimum of one year working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred or, HS Diploma/GED and five years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals per supervisor’s discretion.
