Employee-Owned Thermo-Twin Windows is looking for candidates for the Maintenance Department. These employees will be responsible for helping to perform routine building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities may include various maintenance tasks:

• Changing lights and fixtures
• Basic plumbing tasks
• Basic carpentry projects
• Painting
• Minor roof repairs
• Light cleaning
• Local driving for supplies
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Skills needed:

• Use hand and power tools
• Climb extension and step ladders
• Push 100 pounds
• Lift 50 pounds
• Work with minimal supervision
• Understand and follow directions as given
• Ability to use copiers, and computers
