Warehouse Training Supervisor Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Your role on the team: Develop training plans and processes to be implemented by Training Coordinators Monitor training activities to ensure all weekly scheduled training is conducted. Develops metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to meet training objectives. Develops new training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services Compiled report on management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities Supervises employees including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. You will develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to meet training objectives. You will develop new training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services. You will also compile a report for the management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities. Other duties as required and assigned.
What you need: High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience in a warehouse; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience conducting training on warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach truck forklift, sit down forklift and order picker. Knowledge of safety compliance for operating equipment PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to conduct training classes for audiences at all levels of the organization. Ability to develop, write and proof training materials. Proven presentation and facilitation skills
