Remedy Staffing is partnering with a company in the North Tonawanda area in search of an Inspector!

Shifts: 1st shift 8am-5pm *flexible schedule *

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties: * Ensuring the safety, quality, housekeeping, 5S and KOI performance for the assigned line or area as directed by the Supervisor or Shift Lead * Read blueprints and specifications. * Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards. * Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process. * Inspect, test, or measure materials. * Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers. * Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.

Job Requirements: * High School Graduate or GED * Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math. * Must have basic computer skills * Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to use basic hand tools * Must have experience and knowledge in reading and understanding detailed blueprints * Must be able to understand and use calipers, gauges, or micrometers. * Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Machine Operator/Inspector * MUST have CMM experience
