*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Ensuring packing area is organized safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards Awareness of surroundings - Slip / Trips / Falls Ergonomic and Repetitive Motion
• Understanding of bottle quality requirements and documentation of those requirements
• Understand packing configurations according to BOM requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate quality related issues
• Comply with direction from supervisors and managers Executing, promoting and working safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies
• Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Being aware of all Emergency Exits and knowing procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location.
• Knowing the location of the *SDS Safety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly.*
• Knowing not to operate any equipment or perform any work without the proper training and authorization to do complete the task safely. Always following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures.
• Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation.
• Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment.
• Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately.
• Understand and follow plants housekeeping guidelines.
• Identifying and implementing lean and continuous improvement actions.
• All other duties as assigned
• Member of the HACCP team upon request
