DESCRIPTION OF WORK Responsibilities and duties include managing, coordinating, and overseeing the Maintenance Department under the direct supervision of the Facility Operations Manager 4 (FOM 4). You supervise maintenance activities which involve the technical supervision, leadership planning, and direction of building maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and construction at the hospital through the efforts of a complement of various trade employees assigned to/or subordinate to the FOM 4.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Facility Operations Manager 1 (commonwealth title); or Three years of experience as a Building Maintenance Foreman (commonwealth title); or Five years of experience performing skilled trades work in commercial or industrial buildings which includes three years of supervisory experience overseeing skilled trades work in commercial or industrial buildings, or utility plant operations.
