Job Title: Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Pay: $19-20/hr + $2 shift differential

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate for our 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). The role involves assembling products, with a base pay ranging from $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, plus an additional $2 shift differential.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut specific materials such as metal.

• Transport materials around the shop.

• Utilize hand and power tools.

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas at all times.

• Inspect products using drawings.

• Assist in other departments and help stage materials.

• Lift between 15-30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Basic math and measurement knowledge.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Experience with micrometers and calipers.

• Proven tenure at previous positions.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools, micrometers, calipers, inspection, and machine operation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based in Niagara Falls, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
