As part of the Territory Account Management (TAM) Team at Check Point, you would be responsible for leading a newly formed team of TAMs focused on achieving high levels of customer retention, through driving maintenance and subscription renewals for Check Points named account customers worldwide. Our Renewals Managers work closely with Check Point's customers, interacting regularly to sell the benefits of a renewal and educating them on effective product usage, sell against cancellation, and confidently articulate the value of Check Point's products & solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform and drive (global) renewal strategy
  • Assist with quarterly and annual organizational planning
  • Identify, create, operationalize and cascade new renewal strategies and plays to GTM
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and report generation to find opportunities in our renewals
  • Run key renewals operational programs
  • Scope, manage and track (ongoing) renewal programs
  • Track and ensure alignment on programs that span sales, renewals and customer success
  • Represent the renewals perspective across various other functions
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in renewals (leadership) and/or experience in an operation or consulting role
  • Ability to constructively challenge assumptions, thing strategically and then translate into action
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Independent and motivated to thrive in an ever changing, fast paced environment
  • Execute projects and initiatives end to end
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
