The Senior Business Analyst is a versatile role that is focused on developing technology solutions for the US Business Service organization, supporting our Beneficiaries, Advisors, and Employees. You will help shape and execute on initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems, helping to assist the teams to build tools that are constituent-focused while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules.

This role also works closely with product owners, business partners, development team members, and designers to support the agile development process and ensure that new capabilities and tools meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined by the Chief Product Owner.

This role will focus on all aspects of the US Service death claim platform and self-service capabilities, building and optimizing in an Agile framework. This role may include working on initiatives that explore and test new experiences in market and initiatives that leverage customer insights to rearchitect the current experience.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid or Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

What you can expect:
Partner with the Product Owner to work with business partners and initiative owners to understand the end users needs and struggles to define the requirements in agile stories for development
Assist the Product Owner and the agile team to clearly define and sequence the work (e.g., MVP - minimum viable product and beyond, go to market strategy, release schedules)
Share insights and progress to promote a customer-centric culture and connect the dots across experiences to inform the broader organization
Collaborate across agile teams within the Platform Journey and across other agile trains.
What youll need:

Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, leadership, other departments and vendors
Successful problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and partnership skills
Has a learning mindset to take on versatile roles as required by the team involving analytics, technology, business rule definition, testing, and operationalization
Intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn, grow, and improve
Minimum of 1 year working in one or more business functions (product, marketing, service, technology, customer experience, direct-to-consumer, Life Insurance, Retail Advice and Solutions.)
Travel required (approx. 10%)

The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00.
