Title: Contractor- Manager Raw Materials

Location: NYC Design Office - Hybrid ( in office 2-3 days of the week)

Pay Rate: $36/hr

Role Details:

-Source and develop fabrics for Seasonal and innovation pipelines. This will mainly support the Offline Active category and a little bit of Intimates fabrications.

-Follow up on daily communications with NY Design, merchant and production teams as well as overseas fabric mills and HK regional team. Communications will include, but not be limited to:

Fabric development details and tracking

•

Sample yardage coordination

•

Risk assessment

-Build seasonal presentation boards

-Maintain fabric organization and development files

-Maintain regular touch bases with the development team

Skills/ Qualifications:

-Detail oriented, especially for technical details

-Have an eye for Activewear aesthetic

-Understand the fabric development and production process from beginning to end

-have good change agility and can keep up with a fast paced/demanding environment

-can talk to a variety of personalities and be able to lead a conversation
