The Office Assistant is a temporary position from March 25th through the beginning of June working 4 days a week in the New York office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate conference room bookings and manage visitor schedules
Process travel and expense (T&E) reports in a timely and accurate manner
Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments
Order, maintain, and restock office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Oversee day-to-day office maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Manage and execute special projects involving Salesforce and Excel data analysis
Support new hire onboarding by setting up workstations, equipment, and accounts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel and the ability and willingness to learn and/or manage other applicable software/systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize large volumes of information, calls and requests in order to complete tasks effectively and on time.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with personal/professional integrity and discretion
Polished written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
In accordance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated hiring wage for the role will be between $28.00 and $36.00 per hour.
