ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and process EDI 850 sales orders; ensure all EDI customers transmit their orders before start date;

  • Allocate all styles received to sales orders on a daily basis

  • Manage monthly deliveries to customers, monitor late styles and advise sales if extensions needed

  • Communicate with credit card customers to obtain ship authorizations

  • Respond to re-orders/swaps/immediate orders on a timely basis

  • Generate pick tickets and send to warehouse with instructions for all wholesale customers.

  • Ensure all shipments are processed in compliance with customer’s routing guides to avoid chargebacks

  • Recap sales team on incoming styles each week

  • Handle all shipping of employee’s personal orders

  • Handle all shipping of gifting/PR orders

  • Fulfill RA requests from warehouse

  • Run the daily shipping report and manage to the monthly goal

  • Communicate order status by season and credit status

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURS

· Must possess Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college

· Must have Microsoft office knowledge, specifically excel

· Must be able to pick up on computer programs quickly

· Experience in RLM, WMS is a plus

· Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills

· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to prioritize their workload

· Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments
