Our client, a prestigious non-profit organization, seeks a dynamic Sr. Benefits Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate has handled a heavy benefits workload, has experience with Paycom HRIS, and is familiar with compliance testing. In addition, the candidate shall possess knowledge regarding qualifying life events, understand deductables, and have experience presenting benefits plans to new hires. The candidate should also be well-versed in 403b plans and experience with answering all-applicable benefits questions. • 3+ years of experience with Benefits
• Experience with Paycom, preferred
• Experience administering deductibles and 403(b) Plans
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly

The hourly rate for this position is $28-32.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
