Templafy Inc Technical Solutions Consultant in New York, New York

Serve as the technical expert and strategic partner for our prospective clients and customers. Understand and showcase the full spectrum of Templafy's product offerings, from their value propositions to the technical intricacies of our solutions, including architecture and implementation processes. Become an expert on Templafy's product suite, gaining in-depth knowledge of both technical and functional aspects, enabling them to provide comprehensive guidance to prospects and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine how Templafy's products can be configured and integrated to address the unique needs and pain points of each prospect or client. Craft Statements of Work (SoW) outlining specific requirements, dependencies, and timelines. Conduct tailored demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Templafy's capabilities and value proposition. Ensure that customers fully understand how Templafy can benefit their teams. Lead technical discovery efforts to identify the best-fit solutions for specific accounts and opportunities. Develop and present project demonstrations, customized as needed, to highlight the value Templafy brings. Organize and oversee longer-term and more complex pilots and workshops to educate customers and end users on Templafy's platform, capabilities, and use cases. Focus on delivering tangible value to client teams. Support Account Executives and Account Managers by engaging with technical buyers. Understand the customer's technical landscape, enterprise architecture, and align Templafy's offerings accordingly. Own and grow a dedicated book of strategically important customers, partnering with Sales and Customer Success. Develop strategic initiatives for these accounts. Manage a book of business aligned with Templafy's key strategic customers. Act as the technical lead, identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and advise Account Managers on effective sales channels. Participate in strategic initiatives by collaborating with Account Directors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer objectives. Systematically identify success patterns and capture prospect/client insights during the pre-sales process. Share this information with Implementation, Client Success, and Product teams to enhance efficiency and inform product roadmap decisions. Document and communicate customer feedback from pilots, proof of concepts, and direct interactions. Collaborate with the Sales Consultant team to identify trends and commonalities and provide valuable insights to the product and engineering teams.Requirements: Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of experience in a Systems Administration, Software Development, or an IT Consulting Occupation. The required experience in a Systems Administration, Software Development, or an IT Consulting Occupation must include the following:• 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially in roles involving cloud-based solutions.• 5 years of experience conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• 3 years of experience working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), authentication mechanisms like OAuth 2.0, OIDC (OpenID Connect), and SAML2 (Security Assertion Markup Language). • 3 years of experience working with programming languages, software development, and database management.• 3 years of experience working with networking principles and protocols, especially in roles involving cloud-based solutions.• 2 years of experience deploying applications through tools like Microsoft Intune, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Office 365.• Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.• Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time.

Minimum Salary: 167066.00 Maximum Salary: 180000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
