We are so excited to grow our Talent team! We're looking to hire experienced Technical Recruiters to support Figma's engineering growth. You'll be a strategic partner to engineering leadership and a valued member of our recruiting team. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing engineering talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
  • Partner with engineering leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key technical roles
  • Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talent
  • Develop a deep understanding of Figma's business and products, and communicate them effectively with candidates
  • Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics
  • Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to successfully evaluate + excite candidates
  • Effectively lead and contribute to cross-functional team projects
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 6+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in a high volume environment
  • 2+ years of experience full-lifecycle recruiting experience on SWE roles
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
  • Deep experience and knowledge of engineering communities, and the bleeding-edge technical trends
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Engineering Leadership to navigate complex offer situations and overcome candidate objections
  • Demonstrated success in hiring top technical talent at a premier tech company and/or high-growth startup
While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
  • 1+ years of experience hiring for Data Science and Data Engineering teams
  • A track record of managing a healthy volume of candidates with a high rate of responsiveness and care to both internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Experience hiring Software Engineers in EMEA
  • Experience using Gem
  • Used Figma's products!

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$136,000$210,000 USD
