Google Technical Program Manager, Outbound Compliance, Governance, Go-to-Market in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in program management.

  • 8 years of experience in cloud compliance.

  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud security, risk assessments, and compliance.

  • Knowledge of cloud security compliance and infrastructure.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Outbound Compliance, Governance and Go-to-Market team is responsible for driving governance, risks, and outbound activities, including customer expansion, and accreditation across several governing agencies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Be the trusted program owner, drive clarity for decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, provide communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, risks with central stakeholder teams.

  • Bring technical, business and program experience to facilitate process governance across teams and accelerate execution through streamlining processes, simplifying execution, and building efficiencies, when needed.

  • Build strategic partnerships across Google Cloud and Public Sector teams. Drive changes that lead to better quality, reduce duplication and increase velocity, productivity.
