In a higher education environment, coordinate all aspects of identity management, including complex Full-Stack development projects and cross-system integrations for providing identityas a service (IDaaS) on-premises and in the cloud; Develop solutions to automate and orchestrate repeatable tasks for identity and access management and secure development and enhancement of custom identity management system; Ensure high availability of identity management systems as part of the disaster recovery program along with the appropriate development, staging, quality assurance, and production environments; Manage IAM log data including configuring log sources, dashboards, rules, and reports in Splunk; Liaise with management and staff to ensure the secure design and operations for various applications and infrastructures operated within the institution; Provide production support and administration for the identity management system and its components, utilizing LDAP, multi-factor authentication, password management, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on, Microsoft Active Directory, Open LDAP, Shibboleth, SimpleSAMLphp, Kerberos, OpenID Connect, OAuth, and federated identity management. Ruby, Python, PHP, PowerShell, SQL, React, Angular, and/or shell scripting.In lieu of one year's experience in the job offered, will accept one year's experience as a Software Engineer in implementing Ruby based full stack web applications to support digitalassets and collections; deployment and integration with various AWS services in a higher education environment.Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.All candidates may work at the variable residential job sites throughout the United States.
