Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our supply chain and manufacturing applications portfolio. As the Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the application portfolio strategy, roadmap, and vision to drive the success of our digital solutions in support of our business teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our internal customers and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for supply chain and manufacturing applications, aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product fit in addressing business requirements/needs
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategy & goals
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, design, development, testing, and release management in partnership with the Enterprise Applications team
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, supply chain, manufacturing and plant operations, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define product positioning, messaging, and roll-out strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of our supply chain and manufacturing applications
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, driving continuous product enhancement and innovation
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including internal business customers, partners, and vendors, to foster collaboration and drive alignment on product initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of 8-10 years of experience in digital product/enterprise application management in the supply chain or manufacturing sector
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, technologies, and trends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and customer success

Compensation Range: $196,800.00 - $295,200.00, plus bonus.
