The role of the Sr. Analyst is accountable for...
- Month end close responsibilities of ensuring timely close including the preparation/review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with monthly balance sheet and P&L analytics
- Ownership of various processes surrounding Marketing, Wholesale, Royalties, and Obsolescence activities ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Assist with preparation and compilation of the quarterly global reporting decks including a balance sheet and P&L flux analysis in close partnership with the regional controllers and FP&A teams
- Support the global store impairment analysis
- Work closely with FP&A and other business partners to understand business initiatives and the accounting impact thereof
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and assisting with requests from internal and external auditors
- Drive efficiencies by continuously challenging current thinking and constantly evaluating processes and systems to ensure operations and control environments are efficient and effective
- Special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested from internal and external businesses
The accomplished individual will possess
- B.S. or M.S. in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in process of obtaining the CPA
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player who works extremely well in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail and delivery focused
- Self-starter and strong desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
An outstanding professional will have
- Big 4 Experience or Public Accounting with Retail Experience
- Experience with SAP S4/Hana, BPC, PBCS, Microstrategy

Work Setup:
BASE PAY RANGE $68,000.00 TO $95,000.00 Annually
