Expand the McKinsey Talent Network (MTN) through new member identification, research, tracking, onboarding, relationship building, and career transition support. Lead MTN special projects, including building, deploying, and maintaining professional development, career transition support guides, and other talent research and insights initiatives. Qualified applicants for this position must possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum two (2) years of experience working in HR, talent development, or talent acquisition roles.
