Responsibilities Support our PICO (Virtual Reality Group) B2B projects by coordinating with internal and external resources to accomplish project goals and ensure that key deliverables are met on time. Create and manage project schedules and address and resolve project issues. Become a subject matter expert in workflows spanning a variety of Partner Protection disciplines in order to effectively advocate for operational excellence. Monitor project status and changes, and ensure delivery quality. Collect requirements from enterprise customers and work with the Product teams to deliver key results. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide software and hardware support to enterprise customers and partners. Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and implement optimal solutions. Train channel partners and resellers to be certified as technical experts on PICO. Work on expansion of account support into Top-10 Let accounts. Work on expansion of pre-sales and post-sales technical work into Canada and LATAM. Launch and manage North American developer newsletter to provide consistent updates on software and hardware ecosystem. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies; and Interfacing directly with team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to communicate objectives, status, risk, and updates. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules; Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers; Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change; and Developing project timeline, gathering requirements, assessing risks, and leveraging written formats (presentations and storylines) to influence executive level decisions. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic travel up to 25% required.
