MasterCard International Incorporated Senior Technical Program Manager in New York, New York

Position Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage, IT projects. Function as IT project manager, guiding and managing related technology projects or activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards and costs targets are met. Operate between teams and architectures overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery. Understand the needs of the engineers and technical operations teams who build, maintain, and operate the system for the life of the system. Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management. Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. Help customers and the engineering teams make trade-off decisions by assessing all the data including business goals, technical platform strategy, customer experience and maintainability. Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions by working with software design engineers, principals and TPMs. Identifying partnership opportunities and partner with industry vendors on our implementation plans and roadmaps.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Technical Program Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience in job offered or as IS Project Manager, IT Manager, Software Development Engineer, Technical Program Manager, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Agile and Scrum Processes;ALM(Rally); Confluence; Design patterns; Git; DevOps and Release Management Process in an Agile environment; Ability to work with key stakeholders across Business & Engineering to negotiate deployment milestones, expectations, and challenges. Minimum Salary: 157768 Maximum Salary: 188000 Salary Unit: Yearly
