Full Job DescriptionOur B2B data intelligence client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their team. This person will ensure a successful launch and effectively migrate and update existing customers to a new, innovative platform.This is a full-time, remote role, but you must be located on the East Coast (preferably near NYC).Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the GTM strategy for the new enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and client success teams.Drive internal alignment for a successful product introduction to the market.Utilize persona and buyer journey research to refine value propositions and tailor messaging by segment.Partner with a copywriter to craft compelling, differentiated messaging for enterprise buyers.Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop launch campaigns and high-impact marketing assets.Create and implement a strategic customer migration plan for seamless transitions from legacy products.Use interactive demos, videos, infographics, and data visualizations to simplify complex information and generate excitement.Work closely with client success teams to address concerns, manage objections, and ensure customer retention during migration.Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and optimize migration experiences.Support the sales enablement team with positioning, battle cards, and tools for effective sales training.Provide competitive intelligence and buyer insights to enhance key messaging frameworks.Align sales enablement materials with the latest personas and buyer journey insights.Create impactful materials (e.g., demos, videos) in collaboration with designers and content teams for multi-channel deployment.Conduct market trend analyses and competitive positioning to keep the platform relevant and compelling.Use data-driven insights to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.Requirements:6-8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech industries.Proven ability to lead GTM strategies for new product launches.Experience with customer migration and change management in a SaaS environment.Expertise in storytelling, positioning, and messaging for data-driven solutions.Proficiency in working with personas, buyer journeys, and competitive research.Strong track record in supporting sales enablement and training programs.Experience collaborating with agencies, designers, and video producers for impactful marketing materials.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, or analytics platforms.Preferred Certifications:Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing Certified - PMC).Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) Certifications (must hold at least one of these).In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
