Senior Manager, eDiscovery Account Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, eDiscovery Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while driving revenue growth within existing client accounts in Conduent's Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) division. This role focuses on expanding relationships with MSA’d clients, pursuing new signings, cross-selling additional capabilities, and capturing new projects to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with law firms and corporations for eDiscovery services and technology solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including legal counsel, litigation support teams, and compliance officers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning eDiscovery solutions to their needs.

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in eDiscovery and legal technology.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Provide market insights to help shape product development and service offerings.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain an active pipeline and track sales metrics to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and business development efforts.

  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and optimize market penetration.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and go-to-market strategies.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Drive revenue by converting recent signed contracts and expanding existing accounts through strategic relationship-building.

  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities for eDiscovery, managed review, and data analytics services.

  • Develop and execute account strategies to capture new projects and introduce add-on capabilities.

  • Establish a structured territory plan to meet revenue goals, ensuring accurate and timely pipeline reporting.

  • Leverage consultative selling expertise to deepen client relationships and drive long-term engagement.

  • Partner with internal teams to create tailored proposals, pricing models, and sales strategies that align with client needs.

  • Support marketing initiatives to target key customers and align with revenue objectives.

  • Represent Conduent with executives and clients, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for growth and securing net new eDiscovery work/projects from existing clients.

  • Specializing in healthcare, financial services, telecom, technology, or other data-intensive industries with subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and solution selling.

  • Achieving aggressive business development goals, growing, and managing a thriving portfolio with strong organizational skills.

  • Leading account strategy, planning, relationship strategy, and effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for using technology-based solutions to enhance client operations.

  • Holding an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is desirable.

Pay Transparency: Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-120,000k annually.
