Perform statistical modelling/forecasting and data analysis of drivers of customer service request volume across different geographies and languages to generate business insights. Perform statistical analysis and identify root causes for general and specific trends witnessed. Perform boosting and bagging machine learning techniques to generate statistical forecasts. Test causal/correlation analyses to arrive at a possible conclusion from datasets. Monitor trends, seasonality, and other patterns to aid in improved modelling/forecasting.
