Full Job DescriptionThis position is hybrid, 3 days a week in NYC (Tuesdays mandatory), 40 hrs / week, and will go through the end of the year. Our national financial services client is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Customer Success. The Senior Account Manager, Customer Success is responsible for leading the customer success team to enhance client relationships, drive customer engagement, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This role aims to maximize customer satisfaction and retention while supporting the overall business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize marketing campaigns Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer success initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success strategies and campaigns.Manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.Provide regular reports and insights on customer success metrics to senior leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in customer success, relationship management, or client management roles.Strong understanding of marketing campaign strategies and execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer engagement.Experience in account management and business sales is a plus.Proficient in campaign management tools and CRM software.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
