Our client, a leading real estate services company, is hosting a pop-up summer event in Sag Harbor, NY and is seeking a Temporary Sales Director. This job is 5 days a week and guarantees 40 working hours per week. The position will start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales revenues of the gallery and the staff productivity by analyzing their performance and ensuring the overall sales objectives are accomplished.
• Manage the operations and logistics of the gallery on daily basis to ensure coverage, appointments, operation and productivity for each day. Be able to pivot and mange each day activity accordingly as needed.
• Lead sales journey with gallery specialist from appointment settings, introduction of the studios works and final order placement. Ensure optimal communication amongst specialist and clients by managing their communication and delivery of final works to clients.
• Ensure clear line of communication with leadership on daily, weekly and monthly reporting and maintain clear line of communication through meetings via in person and virtually.
• Protect client information and manage CRM data, respecting the confidentiality and any following regulations within the organization and municipality. Manage the usage of the client data within the specialist and within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a gallery setting, and/or corporate setting, and/or high end hospitality setting
• BA preferred
• High attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:

• $45/hr + commision
