We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to assist the recruiting and HR department. This position focuses on coordinating the recruitment process, organizing the summer associate program, and coordinating on-campus-interviews (OCI). Responsibilities:•Associate attorney recruiting•Organize and schedule orientation for attorneys•Coordinate all aspects of the summer associate program, including: Recruiting Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinating weekly CLE seminars Planning events Coordinate and organize evaluations for mid-summer and final reviews•Serve as the primary point of contact for summer associates •Coordinate OCI with various law schools•Assists with attorney CLE inquires and Bar related matters •Track CLE credits with CE Manager•Coordinate CLE trainings in-house and with outside vendors (LexisNexis)•Maintain accreditation ensuring in-house seminars meet the NYCLE board standards•Assist with surveys (AM Law, NALP, Vault, Chambers, etc.)•Assist with various HR tasks Qualifications:•Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)•Strong attention to detail•Knowledge of HR policies and procedures •1 or more years of experience in attorney recruiting, HR or similar role•Strong verbal and written skills •Strong interpersonal skillsEducational Requirements:•Bachelor’s Degree Why Join our Firm?•Inclusive and welcoming environment•Dynamic and diverse culture•Pension•Vacation/ Sick and Personal Days•Commuter benefits •401k•Medical and Dental Insurance•HSA and FSA•Opportunity for growth and development•A team of talented and supportive individuals No recruiter submissions will be accepted

Minimum Salary: 50,000 Maximum Salary: 55,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
