Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Project Manager. This is a 6 month + contract position located in New York, NY.

Summary:
  • The Executive Experiences program hosts senior executives from Client's global customers and partners at our US campuses.
  • We design and deliver executive level workshops and meetings that transform our customer and partner relationships to be broader and more strategic, with a long-term, significant positive impact on our clients' businesses.
  • The Project Coordinator works with account teams across sectors and geographies to put together highly effective executive engagements that transform our customer and partner relationships.
  • You will lead the planning and coordination of engagements from start to finish, including interfacing with account teams to align on dates, times, goals, content, speakers, logistics and more.
  • The primary focus is for events taking place in NYC where you will also lead on-the-ground relationship management and logistical support.
  • The secondary focus is for events at other client locations and/or client or other sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Own planning, event production, logistics management, and day-of support.
  • Arrange kick-off and prep meetings leading up to each event.
  • Procure and brief speakers to deliver the best content for that client.
  • Manage logistics including location, room booking, catering, materials printing, transportation, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners on the ground (catering, facilities, security, etc).
  • Lead quality control for materials presented at events; ensure appropriate customization and relevancy of material.
  • Follow through with post-engagement reporting.
  • Project Management.
  • Manage projects (large through small) through planning, development, delivery, completion, and measurement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders on track to deliver on all deadlines.
  • Update and manage the engagement pipeline.
  • Manage and improve process for procuring speakers for NYC.
  • Collaborate with the team on speaker rating, feedback, and training program to improve speaker quality and consistency.
  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.
  • Work with GTM and other partners to track CSAT, revenue impact, and other impact.
  • Work with Finance and other partners to track spend by sector, region, and partner against budget.
  • Create recommendations based on project post-mortems and to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Offer team support and help teammates whenever possible.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or equivalent work experience (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing role or working in direct support of account teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, articulate, cool under stress, excellent verbal, written communications, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Desired:
  • The ability to work independently, move fast, and anticipate project interdependencies and appropriately triage issues accordingly.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at once that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Ability to work with high volume and see the 'bigger picture' of how all workstreams overlap while also maintaining attention to detail on what needs to get done day-to-day.
  • Ability to look at a calendar annually, and hold us to quarterly, weekly, and daily targets.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative, address problems, make continuous process improvements and drive matters to completion.
Pay rate range: $50.59 - $56.99 hourly.
