The Programmatic Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the gathering of all digital campaign media assets and ensuring creative is up to NBCU spec. 

 

The Programmatic Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the planning and sales teams to ensure that all programmatic deals run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team.  

  

Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring media is delivered to published specifications and lead time 

  • Regularly pulling SSP reporting, and updating team on creative status for all internal and external parties 

  • Attend weekly POD meetings to ensure sales, planning, and operations are in lockstep. 

  • Direct interaction with Programmatic Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillment 

  • Functional knowledge on trafficking programmatic deals in FreeWheel, OperativeOne and Google Ad Manager 

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team 

  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage priorities is critical 

  • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States 

  • Desire to work in the entertainment media industry which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event 

  • Must be 18 years or older 

Desired Characteristics 

  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills 

  • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel) 

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising preferred 

  • Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc. 

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks 

  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 

Salary Range: $53,000- $58,000; overtime eligible
