CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
As the Program Manager of Product Operations overseeing our CMX Pharma business, you will be responsible for achieving operational efficiency and excellence in execution. You will build, use, and monitor processes and tools that improve the way the CMX Product Team functions internally and across the broader CMX and CVS organization.
Product Roadmap Planning
Assist in communicating and aligning the priorities of the Product organization with partners throughout the company, accelerating engagement and consensus on chief objectives, with a focus of Pharma. Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap development and release strategy in annual/quarterly product planning cycles.
Roadmap Prioritization : Help develop and manage a process to evaluate, prioritize and intake requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Roadmap Maintenance : As the operational arm of the Product team, you will share responsibility with Product team members for building and maintaining CMX’s roadmap.
Communications : Communicate product roadmap and feature progress, rationale for product decisions and progress on product initiatives with Product, Digital, DE, DS, and Enterprise teams.
Milestone & Dependency Tracking : Work across the organization to manage and unblock dependencies, run meetings across CMX to drive feature milestones, and routinely communicate status updates and potential impacts to other teams.
Pod Management & Project Commercialization
Implement and manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects for the Product and Operations teams, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage relationships with internal partners, facilitate knowledge sharing, and serve as a key stakeholder for cross-functional inquiries and issues
Organize and align product roadmap with Product Managers to aid Product Operations leaders in executive-level conversations
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams working on multiple projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines
Track and report on the progress of initiatives, resolve blockers, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary
Align project outcomes with broader business goals, collaborating with product managers, engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments
Foster a culture of open, transparent, and respectful communication across teams
Assemble and shepherd teams to unify efforts against various projects benefiting CMX pods, assigning tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills and expertise
Ensure that milestones are met, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays
Additional Responsibilities
Optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product management functions
Create communication channels and a communication strategy to ensure a single source of truth for all product and customer information
Balance the different priorities and expectations of various stakeholders
Improve the customer experience through insights delivered via interviews, feedback, testing, and experimentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of overall work-related experience
Deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical/Health-Focused landscape
Proven organizational, time management, and project management skills
Proficiency using tools such as Airtable, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office or similar
A strong understanding of the technical aspects within the product lifecycle, especially in support of measurement, data, or engineering teams
Excellent communication for reporting status and aligning stakeholders
Proficient in risk management and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
Retail media experience preferred, but not required
Ability to maintain a holistic view of the program or pod while managing details at the project level
Leadership; ability to use soft skills to unite and inspire teams towards achieving program goals
Ability to problem solve, developing effective solutions as issues arise to keep the project on track
Conflict resolution; ability to handle conflicts that arise within a team in a constructive manner
Ability to be flexible and adapt strategies and plans in response to internal and external factors
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
