FANNIE MAE Product Manager, Workplace Ecosystem (Flexible Hybrid) in New York, New York
Job Description As a pivotal leader within our team, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative and existing products and services within our work ecosystem. By harnessing user data and insights, you will reimagine our work environment to craft exceptional experiences that enhance collaboration and boost productivity. Your responsibilities will include developing processes for the continuous implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our products. In this role, you will design testing plans, collaborate with development teams, and maintain a product roadmap informed by pilot outcomes and strategic objectives.

This Product Management role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Research and advise on design strategy for new workplace solutions and innovations, contributing to the overall product strategy
Review the implementation process for new products, ensuring all necessary resources and support are in place
Document product testing processes, outcomes, and lessons learned to incorporate into product model strategy and implementation process for new products
Identify opportunities for product improvements through user feedback, to understand their experiences and identify areas for enhancement
Advise on the product lifecycle of workplace solutions and ongoing maintenance.
Advise on and ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
Drive communication plans with leadership, stakeholders, and user community to ensure alignment
Define measures of success, collect, and analyze data from product pilots to evaluate performance across all products and services
Collaborate on organization-wide product assessment strategy and refined portfolio recommendations based on pilot outcomes.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 6 years of experience
Desired Experiences
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Translation of workplace pilot outcomes into tangible roadmap to align across partner teams and stakeholders
Documentation of pilot processes, outcomes, and lessons learned into usable standards and playbooks
Gathering UX research to drive overall strategy and feature prioritization.
Analysis of pilot data to assess the effectiveness of new products or features to make data-driven recommendations.
Strong background in design thinking and user-centered design principles to facilitate user workshops, product requirements, and product assessment
Communications planning across multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and levels to drive product implementation and delivery
Risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies to address potential issues throughout pilots and product lifecycle
Strong executive communication and storytelling
