Product Manager, Pricing Capabilities

Description

The U.S. Consumer Product Management & Lending organization is passionate about responsible lending! We strive to develop products and features that meet the evolving borrowing needs of our customers.

The Pricing Capabilities team has a meaningful role in enabling innovation and delivery of the U.S. Consumer products and features. We are responsible for building new capabilities, assuring operational excellence, and finding opportunities for revenue growth. We partner closely with product teams, Technologies, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, Servicing, and Control Management.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Product Manager responsibilities will include a mix of ideation, product development, project management, and assurance. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with business partners to shape innovative lending and pricing strategies

  • Assessing feasibility of these strategies with our cross-functional partners

  • Providing data and qualitative research driven analysis to support the strategic direction

  • Crafting detailed requirements to execute the strategies

  • Leading strategy execution and delivery

  • Assisting in development of test conditions to assure quality

  • Evaluating the results of product and feature launches

  • Crafting a roadmap for future capabilities

  • Analyzing processes and functionality and proactively reducing operational risk through improving our controls and assuring current processes

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Product Development or Project Management, balancing multiple priorities, and driving detailed execution in a changing environment

  • Strong attention to detail, applies systems thinking, and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business

  • Experience with SQL, Python, Hive or other programming languages, to support data analysis

  • Ability to handle technical, regulatory, as well as communication complexity in multi-workstream initiatives

  • Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, and is open to constructive feedback

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record of translating business needs into effective features (requirements) and acceptance criteria (testing conditions) using Agile methodology

  • High quality written and oral communication skills, and ability to influence business decisions

  • Analytical ability to assess business results and customer impacts

  • Knowledge of operational risk mitigation and business assurance preferred

  • Knowledge of credit card economics preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
