Allianz Trade Multinationals Senior Account Manager in New York, New York
Duties: Responsible for strategic steering, coordination, and customer relationship management (CRM) of Allianz World Programs Insurance products. Serve as the point of contact for portfolio clients throughout the insurance policy lifecycle, ensure timely execution of program renewals, customer requests, and program/policy implementations following company procedures. Ensure proper program pricing and consistent terms and conditions during client policy renewal. Drive long-term program profitability by continuously identifying new cross and upselling business opportunities. Ensure attainment of high net promoter scores to achieve high portfolio client retention. Comply with industry and jurisdiction-specific account management standards, business rules, and systems. Interact closely with other core business functions (Risk, Claims, Collections, etc.) to broaden and strengthen customer service for program clients. Coordinate with various World Program corporate regions (Northern Europe, France, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Germany-Switzerland-Austria) on continuous program development and best practices. Report to the Program Account Director on managed policies, risk acceptance levels, and mid-policy term amendment requests. Requires biweekly domestic travel throughout the U.S. May work remotely three (3) days per week from within the New York, NY area. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field like International Relations, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in trade credit insurance account management. Prior experience must include five (5) years in/with: using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create, review, and compare insurance policy documentation, analyze account portfolio data, and develop client presentations; working with trade credit industry insurance products and regulations; cross-selling insurance products to drive portfolio growth. Must have two (2) years of prior experience in/with: Salesforce CRM software to maintain sales pipelines and identify new leads; Pluriform software to maintain insurance policy information for respective portfolio clients; and Information risk policy (IRP) management to review and navigate portfolio risk and evaluate portfolio client financial and credit information. Requires biweekly domestic travel throughout the U.S. May work remotely three (3) days per week from within the New York, NY area. Salary: $126,984 - $145,000/year, M-F, 40 hours/per week.
