Mechanical Engineers (New York, NY) - Perform mechanical engineering analysis and load calculation for heating, cooling and ventilation systems for high rise commercial buildings in compliance with Energy conservation code (NYCECC & ASHRAE) and NYC DOB construction code; Design sizing and layout of ductwork and piping for HVAC system high rise for commercial buildings using HVAC; Review and approve specified HVAC equipment submittals; Design and develop mechanical engineering drawings using Autodesk CAD and Revit; Conduct field surveys of commercial buildings for mechanical engineering analysis and design and documenting existing field conditions.
