The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for submitting Prospect Marketing’s campaign assets through official review channels and working with key cross functional stakeholders to address feedback, resolve issues and receive approval to launch campaign assets compliantly in order to achieve the Marketing and Financial goals of the US SME Customer Marketing team.

Job Description:

• Manage end to end “execution” of Marketing campaigns

• Report and analyze campaign results

• Partner with product management, marketing operations, and GMNS to understand overall strategies and capabilities

• Apply marketing guidelines, standards and feedback from cross-functional partners

• Take responsibility and collaborate to acquire and share best practices to make campaign “execution” (preparation, submission, and compliant delivery) more effective

• Supporting and executing on Cross sell, Email (EM) and Direct Mail (DM) marketing campaigns.

• Exceptional project management – highly organized with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives with flawless execution

• Strong communication skills - outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

• Collaborative mindset - Has the ability to get results through collaboration with key partners & collaborators.

• Strong analytical skills a+ – ability to draw insights and drive strategy; skills in PowerPoint and Excel with a proficiency in reporting

• Should be positive, have a growth mindset and a sense of humor!
