Summary

The Learning & Development Operations Manager will support the operational aspects of our learning and development programs and team activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of learning and engagement initiatives and driving employee career growth and development!

This position requires onsite presence at our NYC office from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Program Operations

  • Program Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of virtual and in-person training programs delivered by the L&D Team, such as maintaining the master calendar, event planning and scheduling, catering, equipment, etc., and any associated purchase orders (POs)
  • Engagement Action Planning Management: Manage the process for administering, reporting, and action planning for our engagement surveys
  • Participant Management: Serve as the main point of contact for participants attending training programs – communicate with participants about logistical information necessary for attendance, track RSVPs, and follow up with attendees as needed
  • Facilitation: Facilitate Onboarding sessions for new hires, excluding plant hourly employees
  • Program Materials/Resources: Regularly audit training materials and resources, and work with appropriate subject matter experts to update when required
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program metrics using learning management systems (LMS) and other data management tools

Systems Administration

  • Qualtrics Administration: Act as the system administrator for our Experience Management (XM) software (Qualtrics). Responsible for configuration, user management, and troubleshooting of all lifecycle, engagement, and ad-hoc surveys
  • SuccessFactors LMS: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program metrics using SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and other data management tools. Generate regular reports and analytics on training attendance, completion rates, feedback, and other key performance indicators
  • Administer Employee Recognition system (Bonusly) including assessing employee usage, administering rewards and processing PO's associated with prizes and other incentives

Process Administration

  • Tuition Reimbursement: Administer the Tuition Reimbursement Program, including eligibility verification, application processing, and reimbursement coordination. Serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking information and assistance regarding the program
  • Support the pursuit of Continuous Improvement of the program and offerings
  • Work on special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 years of practical experience in meeting coordination, logistical planning, event management, communications, and material creation
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end cross-functional processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and administer Systems that support Learning and Development
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work quickly and independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Compensation Range: $111,200.00 - $166,800.00, plus bonus.
