As a Program Manager for the JPMA Cross Line of Business Partnership group, you will play an integral role in promoting collaboration between JPMA and other lines of business (e.g. Commercial and Investment Bank, Business Banking, Private Bank etc.) to serve the needs of our clients. The role will regularly interface with Financial Advisors, internal JPMA stakeholders and cross line of business partners to facilitate the flow of business opportunities. Through collaboration on special projects with the Wealth Partners team, the Associate will gain exposure to various areas of expertise related to wealth management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and respond to a large volume of in-bound inquiries from advisors seeking connectivity to JPMC's lines of business on behalf of clients' business needs

  • Engage with advisors to profile the opportunity (e.g. size of business, nature of services needed, etc.) in order to best direct the opportunity within the firm; develop feedback loop to track outcomes

  • Create and maintain activity trackers used to develop monthly metrics reports and performance dashboards

  • Partner with Data, Strategy and Market Leadership program teams to facilitate cross line of business engagement and to report activity as part of firmwide initiatives

  • Develop and maintain internal reference materials, presentations and training programs to promote awareness of cross line of business resources (e.g. intranet, advisor resource guide, business updates, internal council meetings, etc.)

  • Understand and communicate the organizational structure and capabilities of JPMC lines of business and corporate functions

  • Ensure regular dialogue and engagement between key stakeholders of cross line of business partners and JPMA leaders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, banking or wealth management

  • Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively execute initiatives

  • Experience in simultaneously manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)
