Meta Integrity and Privacy Programs Manager in New York, New York
Summary:
The MR Developer Integrity Operations (DIO) team works closely with Legal, Design, Engineers, Operations, Product and Policy teams to identify patterns and behaviors and build solutions for the ever-changing field of integrity. We are looking for those interested and passionate about integrity, privacy, process and operations excellence, the metaverse, and the developers creating content for it.The Integrity and Privacy Programs Manager interfaces with a broad range of internal teams and works closely with the data policy team, legal, engineering, operations, TPM and product to ensure our integrity and privacy programs, and enforcement operations are robust, efficient and scalable. They are knowledgeable about our data policies and integrity compliance requirements. They leverage a deep understanding of the developer ecosystems, vendor management, queue based tooling, and compliance processes. They use their visibility into the ecosystem to identify refinement opportunities for technical, integrity, ethics, safety, and privacy standards for 3rd party applications on the Meta Ques platform. The ideal candidate is curious, empathetic, principled, detail-oriented, and attuned to changing integrity requirements.

Integrity and Privacy Programs Manager Responsibilities:
Manage programs, such as the DPA (Data Protection Assessment) for MR developers overseeing the end to end process, including overseeing the process to update and improve the assessment form as needed
Responsible for overall health of programs through robust quality assurance, quarterly audits and accurate metrics and executive level reporting
Work closely with Policy, Privacy, Legal, Developer Relations Engineering, TPMs and Comms teams to identify gaps in process and tooling and lead the way in identifying solutions and implementing them
Oversee enforcement and remediation operations of MR developers with confirmed violations, as well as identifying solutions to improve compliance rates
Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience with privacy and integrity requirements by working with relevant partners, advocating for platform level solutions to common issues
Manage operational onboarding of new integrity and privacy programs ensuring right balance of automated and manual processes, appropriate resource and vendor allocation, and advising on mitigations for any relevant risks
Supporting policy rollouts while balancing impact on operations, developer experience and risk
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years in operations or as a program manager, integrity, privacy or developer relations experience
Effective communication skills and knowledge to clearly document complex issues and course of action, with the experience to present to senior management
Developer advocate mindset, proven experience helping app developers overcome challenges to help them succeed
Applies independent judgment when solving problems and offers potential solutions
Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
Prior experience creating and documenting processes for internal and external audiences

Public Compensation:
$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
