Research complex immigration legal issues; prepare legal analysis and argument and participate in strategy development; and prepare numerous immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions; and assist in development of recommendations to be provided to clients regarding various complex legal issues.This position requires at least a Bachelor of Law or Legal Studies.
